The Role

The successful Commmercial Manager will perfrom activities to achieve customer contract performance targets in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract collaborating with the commercial customer and their clients stakeholders. Activities include customer billing/invoicing, prepare proposal/quote and/or complex contract/agreement, contract registration, maintain contract risks, issues & deliverables, manage audit readiness/contract compliance, support contract performance reporting and other end-to end activities in the Lead-to-cash workflow.

Who You Are

As a Global Contract Commercial Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the execution of the Program Management System, driving commercial success and business objectives for your assigned accounts. You will play a key role in enhancing financial performance, customer satisfaction, audit readiness, business controls, and adherence to standard processes and global tools. In addition, you will act as a Project Executive deputy, demonstrating strong leadership skills to orchestrate various functions supporting the account.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Contract Management Expertise

  • Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to manage contract budgets, pricing structures, and financial aspects of contracts effectively

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • A solid understanding of contract law and relevant legal regulations

  • Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
