What You'll Be Doing:

• Engagement Management: Oversee engagements using leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects.
• High-Quality Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis combining market insights with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Client Interface: Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring effective, credible, and timely communication.
• Business Development: Utilize your consulting expertise and network to generate and win new business opportunities, leading the development of business propositions.
• Thought Leadership: Drive the creation of thought leadership, promote knowledge sharing, and develop consulting skills within the team.

What You'll Need:

• Consulting Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on complex consulting projects, including business or operating model change, strategy development, cost efficiency management, investment decision support, or business case development.
• Problem-Solving Methodologies: Strong understanding of consulting problem-solving methodologies, particularly as they apply to client challenges in the Defence sector.
• Consulting Skillset: Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report and slide creation, presenting, team management, influencing, and relationship-building.
• Client Relationships: Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with client personnel at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Security Clearance: Due to the nature of the work, it is essential to hold current 'National Security Vetting' aligned to a National Security organization.

Skills We'd Love to See:

• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including structuring complex projects.
• Consulting Achievement: Clear record of achievement and progression in a leading consulting firm or a comparable industry environment.
• Big 4 Experience: Experience within a 'Big 4' consultancy or a mid-tier firm is highly desirable.

Compensation: Offering up to £87,000 plus benefits.
