Oracle EPM - Senior Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £90,000 - £103,000

Package: £5,500 car allowance + 10% bonus

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Oracle EPM - Senior Manager to join our team at one of the Big Four consultancy firms, renowned for its innovative solutions and industry expertise. Key Responsibilities of the Oracle EPM Senior Manager:

  • Develop compelling Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to address complex client challenges.
  • Engage in business development and project delivery across diverse industries.
  • Design and implement systems, including managing releases, integrations, and data migration strategies.
  • Define comprehensive EPM solutions using best practices to meet business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills needed for the Oracle EPM Senior Manager:

  • Education: Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: Exposure to multiple sectors, including public sector, retail, higher education, and financial services.
  • Client Interaction: Experience working with senior client representatives.
  • Implementation Expertise: Successful completion of multiple full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes and various Oracle Cloud products.
  • Leadership Skills: Capable of independently conducting client workshops and driving design decisions.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to prepare comprehensive configuration and design documents.
  • Cloud Savvy: Experience with cloud environments and their unique challenges.
  • User Experience: Understanding of user experience design and its impact on solutions.
