• Oversee technical delivery management and operational processes.

Key Requirements:

• Working knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodology.
• Proven experience managing relationships and service levels in enterprise organizations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and technology.
