Are you an enthusiastic and seasoned UX Designer eager to revolutionize education? We are seeking a UX Designer to join our dynamic team and craft captivating, interactive experiences that push educational boundaries. Our innovative large touchscreen displays are reshaping the way we learn, share, and engage in classrooms and boardrooms worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design efforts for major software products or cross-product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and prioritize user-focused features.
  • Conduct user research to inform designs and roadmaps.
  • Create and communicate design specifications, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Ensure high-quality design execution within time and technical constraints.
  • Mentor team members and enhance design processes.
  • Participate in the full development process from design to maintenance.
  • Work with multiple teams to design cross-platform features.

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving for users, preferably on Android platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design.
  • Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and Google's Material design and Android guidelines.
  • Experience with embedded Android platforms and the Google ecosystem for education.
  • Proficiency with design tools, preferably Figma.
  • Strong command of interaction/UX design, user research, and usability validation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Positive, resilient, and open to feedback.
