Power & Utilities Transactions Manager Essential Skills

• Experience of working on transactions in utilities and infrastructure, either with an M&A or a Consulting background
• Detailed understanding of transaction process and execution
• Good knowledge of utilities and energy sectors in the UK (key market segments) and ability to identify and analyse key value drivers on a particular transaction in the Power & Utilities market
• Ability to carry out financial analysis on transactions including different valuation methods
• Ability to work at pace and during intense periods of live transactions
