You will support customers from strategic consideration through to successful implementation, leveraging your specialist knowledge, industry expertise, and strong soft skills. Ideal Criteria for a Business Consultant:

• University degree, preferably in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or comparable courses of study.
• Expertise in insurance processes and insurance software products.
• Evidence of project experience for the introduction of standard software and transformation of business processes in the insurance industry.
• Long-term and sustainable experience in the insurance environment.
• Team and/or project management experience.
• Knowledge of IT trends and their impact on business success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language skills: fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel in a dynamic project environment.
