Role Overview:

The firm are actively seeking an Options Quantitative Trader to join the team. This role offers the unique opportunity to leverage a market-leading trading infrastructure, full autonomy over your strategies, and a strong formulaic bonus based on PnL. You will engage in both position-taking and liquidity-provision strategies, contributing to the firm's expansion and success in the options market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage options trading strategies across various markets and products.
  • Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with technology and infrastructure teams to enhance trading systems and tools.
  • Monitor market trends, perform risk management, and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize profitability.
  • Contribute to the firm's overall trading strategy and growth initiatives in the options market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Quantitative Trader with a focus on options trading.
  • Strong understanding of options markets, including pricing, volatility, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++ for quantitative analysis and strategy development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
