Position Overview:

The firm are seeking experienced Quantitative Traders with a proven track record in developing and executing high Sharpe HFT and intraday strategies. As a Quantitative Trader, you will have the opportunity to build out a new trading desk, leveraging their market-leading infrastructure to maximize your strategies' potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage high Sharpe HFT strategies.
• Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize trading systems and infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor and refine trading models to ensure peak performance.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Build a new trading desk and manage a strong allocation of risk.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quantitative trading with a focus on HFT and intraday strategies.
• Demonstrable track record of high Sharpe ratios and consistent profitability.
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or similar) and experience with algorithmic trading systems.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
