My client, a FTSE 100 company working on life saving technologies in the workplace, environmental analysis and HealthTech, are currently in search of a Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge within enterprise resource planning (ERP) to join their technology transformation team.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying, defining, and implementing technology solutions for the organisation. As the subject matter expert, the BA will manage and oversee these solutions, with opportunities for growth into delivery management or architecture roles.

Responsibilities of the Functional ERP Business Analyst:

• Configure and modify systems based on business solutions.
• Develop problem/opportunity statements for various functional and technical areas.
• Define functional and technical scope.
• Capture and document business and technical requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops.
• Create and demonstrate use cases/user stories.
• Advise on solution adoption and support testing.
• Document business processes and support change initiatives.

Necessary skills of the Functional ERP Business Analyst:

• In-depth knowledge of business applications and technology solutions, particularly in ERP, Finance, HR, Sales, CRM, etc., with a focus on manufacturing.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in functional configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and report development.
• Minimum 4 years of strong business analysis experience.
• Experience in delivery-oriented environments using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• DevOps experience is preferred.
• Proven success in implementing solutions for large clients.

The Functional ERP Business Analyst package:

• £55,000 - £70,000
• Up to 10% bonus
• Company pension
