Anson McCade are delighted to be partnering with a global digital transformation firm who are looking to expand their solutions team. Through the use of technology, the main aim of our client is to enable their clients to identify their best practices process and embody them within the client's business model.

The ideal Oracle ERP manager will have the ability to pro-actively identify the need of continuous self and team development whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships across different teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities of an Oracle ERP Manager will include:

  • Contributes to the development of the business and delivery of projects to clients across a multitude of industries
  • Ability to respond and communicate appropriate solutions to clients for Oracle Cloud based on Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM Technology.
  • Ability to comprehend and lead overall technical solutions leveraging leading practice solutions to aid various requirements across integrations, data migration, reporting environments and security.
  • Proven track record highlighting the ability to direct a team with multiple resources to project delivery.

Essential experience for the role of an Oracle ERP Manager will include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior client representatives.
  • Proficient knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes across at least one of the following: Finance, Procurement, HR and or Payroll.
  • Proficient knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation life cycle.
  • Ability to work off own initiative and to facilitate client workshops to enable key design decisions in both a in person and virtual setting.
  • Previous understanding of functional, application and technical elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP programme.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Projects and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage workload and effectively prioritise tasks in adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to use data in decision making.
  • Keen learner with the ability to get up to date within a short time frame.
