The Role:
As an Application Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers across a variety of business modules, including Accounting, CRM, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain Management. You will be part of a collaborative Customer Success Office, helping customers achieve their goals with tailored ERP software solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creative problem-solving, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and operational support to a growing customer base.
* Respond to inquiries on system operations and troubleshoot issues effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for business challenges.
* Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
* Ensure excellent customer experiences by managing queries with empathy and professionalism.
Essential Requirements:
* A strong problem-solver with analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to translate technical details into user-friendly information.
* Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:
* Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software systems.
* SQL scripting, databases (SQL Server, MySQL), and associated tools.
* REST API, EDI, and other integration technologies.
* Financial and management reporting.
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
