User Experience (UX) Designer
Salary: Up to £70,000

What You'll Do:
- Lead UX activities throughout the project lifecycle, from research and discovery to user testing and final design implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Delivery Managers) to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align your designs with key objectives and user requirements.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistent design across digital products.
- Run and manage user research studies, including user interviews, workshops, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Facilitate workshops that engage stakeholders, gather valuable insights, and transform these into actionable design solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Extensive experience in UX design and research with a strong grasp of techniques like contextual inquiry, ethnographic research, and user interviews.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to translate user requirements into impactful design solutions.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality, user-centric products.
- Ability to obtain high-level security clearance (must be a British citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).
