Location: Stevenage (hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (Relocation packages available)

The Role:
As a Quality and Product Assurance professional, you will play a critical role throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as the voice of the customer, you'll ensure core Product Assurance activities are met, enabling world-class products to meet and exceed expectations. You'll work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with domestic and international colleagues, and have opportunities to shape the satisfaction of global clients.

What to Expect:
* Collaborate across multi-national projects and diverse quality networks.
* Prevent and minimize product non-conformance while ensuring reliable delivery.
* Work with cross-functional teams to influence change and drive continuous improvement.
* Support international projects, including the transfer of technology.

Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent experience.
* Skills: Proficient in QA problem-solving and improvement methods like 8D, RCA, and DMAIC.
* Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at working autonomously and in teams.
* Technical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, experience with SAP QM, Excel, and document management tools.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, a team player, and culturally aware.
* Continuous Improvement: Awareness and initiative to deliver improvements at every opportunity.

Benefits:
* Salary - £55,000-£60,000
* Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)
