Are you a dynamic project manager with a proven ability to deliver complex, technology-driven initiatives? We're seeking a Technical Project Manager (AVP) to lead strategic technology programs for our business. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and land change across a diverse and challenging estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver strategic technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop business cases, secure buy-in, and prepare comprehensive plans for project execution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to drive successful outcomes.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage project governance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and to the highest standards, managing budgets and resources effectively.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering change initiatives in a matrixed environment, managing complexity across functions.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project delivery, with strong skills in project planning and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior colleagues.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, payment systems, and financial services is desirable.
• Formal certifications in project management (PM or Agile) are an advantage.
