We're seeking an AVP Business Analyst to play a crucial role in delivering key projects and programs that address complex business challenges. As an AVP Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyse requirements for technology-driven initiatives.
• Lead analysis for small projects or workstreams within larger programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Support delivery of agreed project roadmaps by estimating timeframes and managing dependencies.
• Adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various systems and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong understanding of lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with data transfer processes, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, financial regulations, and payment technologies is a plus.
• Background in financial regulations and knowledge of payment technologies is highly desirable.
