My client are a global proprietary trading firm operating across both traditional finance and crypto. They are now looking to hire more Crypto Quantitative Traders to join their team after stellar performances in this space last year. This is an opportunity to work on quantitative trading strategies across a wide range of crypto products, including spot and perpetual futures. Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies for crypto assets.
• Independently manage risk and trading decisions, optimizing strategies for maximum return on capital.
• Leverage the firm's leading platform for efficient execution of trades and market insights.
• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and improve current strategies.
• Maintain a strong focus on high return on capital and a high Sharpe ratio.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of success in quantitative trading, particularly within the crypto space, with a demonstrable high return on capital and a high Sharpe ratio.
• Experience with quantitative trading strategies across various asset classes (traditional and crypto).
• Strong knowledge of quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with trading platforms and data analysis tools (Python, R, etc.).
• The ability to work independently and develop your own strategies to generate alpha.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Passion for financial markets and the crypto ecosystem.
