Anson McCade is partnering with a global consultancy as they seek to appoint a Senior Test Manager to their operations in the United Kingdom.

Do you have a proven track record of leading global teams and managing high-profile client engagements?

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in custody banking, payments, and financial services, coupled with outstanding communication skills and a drive to challenge industry conventions. You will work alongside technology and domain specialists to develop groundbreaking testing solutions that redefine industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transformational Leadership: Champion disruptive testing solutions that challenge traditional methods and significantly improve client results.
• Innovative Propositions: Collaborate with the Test and QA Director to design compelling RFP responses and develop client-focused, cutting-edge propositions.
• Strategic Program Management: Oversee EMS programs across multiple platforms such as Oracle, Workday, Guidewire, Salesforce, MD365, and bespoke applications tailored to client needs.
• Global Operations Management: Lead and coordinate teams across various regions, including the UK, India, South Africa, and the Middle East, ensuring top-tier delivery and operational excellence.

Key experience:

• Trailblazing Expertise: A solid history of leading transformative testing programs, encompassing automation, SIT, E2E, UAT, CUAT, and non-functional testing.
• Collaborative Approach: Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional teams across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Industry Knowledge: Profound understanding of custody banking, payments, and financial services, offering strategic insights and delivering client value.
• Global Delivery Experience: A proven ability to successfully manage and execute global testing programs in client-facing roles.
• Innovative Mindset: Experience in leveraging AI for testing, adopting pioneering toolsets, and implementing disruptive delivery methods that drive tangible value.
