What You'll Do:

  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet both business needs and industry best practices.
  • Co-design and develop innovative ServiceNow applications and services that will transform client experiences.
  • Use your technical expertise to ensure compliance and enhance the IT organization's use of ServiceNow, ensuring seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience: Strong background in using the platform and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Scripting expertise: Experience with JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and AJAX to deliver dynamic solutions.
  • Agile/Scrum experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency: Expertise in ITOM, LDAP, AD, and SSO integrations.
  • Strong communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Industry Certifications: Ideally, you'll have recognized certifications that demonstrate your commitment to professional growth.
