Anson McCade is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a major public-sector digital transformation programme. We're looking for a highly capable Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, shaping mission-critical platforms and contributing to transformative, long-term programmes of work.

As a Dynamics & Power Platform Solution Architect, you will:

  • Define future product strategy and technical capability, helping organisations fully leverage Microsoft’s CRM and Power Platform technologies.

  • Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of Dynamics 365-based solutions using the latest tools across the Microsoft stack.

  • Act as the technical lead across complex delivery programmes, coordinating multiple streams and ensuring solution integration.

  • Work with the full Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 through plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and JavaScript, while integrating extended Azure and Office 365 functionality.

  • Deliver solutions involving Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Portals, as well as Azure services like LogicApps, Functions, and Service Bus.

  • Engage in consultancy-style project delivery, working within high-performing, agile teams and supporting pre-sales activities.

  • Contribute to practice development, solution accelerators, and internal knowledge sharing.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles, with the ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and customising Dynamics 365, including forms, workflows, business process flows, and custom development.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Azure and Office 365 services—including LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, WebJobs, and Azure Functions.

  • Full project lifecycle experience including pre-sales, estimation, proposals, delivery, and governance.

  • Proficiency with Scrum/agile delivery methodologies.

  • Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and RPA within Microsoft-based solutions.

  • Eligibility for Security Clearance

Key Technical Focus Areas:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing)

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Portals)

  • Azure Integration Services (Functions, LogicApps, Service Bus)

  • End-to-end Microsoft Stack integration

  • Hands-on technical leadership in cross-functional teams

Key Benefits:

  • £90,000 – £115,000 base salary

  • Performance-based bonus

  • Car allowance

  • Flexible hybrid working

  • Private healthcare & pension

  • Tailored training and development opportunities
