We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead Enterprise Architect to provide architectural leadership across complex transformation programmes involving multi-cloud, multi-platform Salesforce implementations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with enterprise clients on large-scale digital transformation initiatives, bringing thought leadership, strategic guidance, and technical depth to high-impact projects.

As a Salesforce Lead Enterprise Architect, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Define and deliver scalable, secure, and best practice Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives.

  • Lead architectural visioning, guiding both technical and business stakeholders through solution design and implementation.

  • Coordinate multiple architects across engagements to ensure consistent, integrated solutions.

  • Translate complex business needs into target and transition architectures using Salesforce Sales, Service, Data, and Commerce Cloud.

  • Guide early-stage solution evaluation and proactively manage delivery risks.

  • Partner with project and engagement managers to align technology strategy with delivery plans.

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to develop compelling proposals, including architectural roadmaps, data migration strategies, security, and compliance design.

  • Mentor cross-functional teams, including internal colleagues, clients, and partners, across both technical and strategic topics.

  • Contribute to internal growth through innovation, knowledge sharing, and brand development.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 10+ years in architecture and consulting, with proven leadership in enterprise digital transformation.

  • 6+ years designing complex solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce, and Data Cloud, as well as exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.

  • Deep experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including development, integration, and architecture.

  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, including MDM, ESB, ETL, ERP, CMS, HRIS, and DWH/DM.

  • Strong understanding of security models, SSO, and data protection best practices.

  • Expertise in business process design, systems analysis, and solution optimisation.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and integration options.

  • Track record of leading architecture design sessions and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a CIO/CTO-level advisory or senior architect role in a large, matrixed organisation.

  • Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect, Industries, or CTA-level experience).

  • Technical depth in web services, enterprise integration, and data modelling.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Industries, CPQ, and omnichannel architecture is a plus.

Key Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary up to £120,000

  • Performance-based bonus

  • Flexible hybrid working

  • Private healthcare & pension

  • Continuous learning & career development support

  • Inclusive, collaborative work culture

If you're ready to lead enterprise-level Salesforce transformations and shape long-term strategy across large customer environments, we’d love to hear from you.
