You will be joining a senior-led, high-impact team that works closely with top-tier Private Equity clients across Europe, delivering strategic insights and commercial due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

As a CDD Manager, you will:

Lead and deliver Commercial Due Diligence engagements for a wide range of clients, from private equity to corporates.
-
Work directly with deal teams to assess market size, growth drivers, competitor dynamics, and strategic positioning of target businesses.
-
Manage and mentor a small team through project lifecycles, typically comprising Associates and Analysts.
-
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders including investment principals and C-level clients.
-
Contribute to internal growth through proposal development, go-to-market efforts, and supporting broader firm strategy.
A successful CDD Manager will have:
-
6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or M&A advisory, ideally within a top-tier firm
-
Proven experience running end-to-end CDD or strategy projects with small teams.
-
Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to translate data and research into actionable investment insights.
-
Comfort working in fast-paced deal environments, handling tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
-
Experience engaging with senior clients and stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
-
Sector exposure in areas such as Technology, Healthcare, Industrials, or Business Services is advantageous.
-
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Competitive salary in the £85– £100,000
-
Strong performance-based bonus
-
Rapid promotion pathway within a high-growth team
-
Exposure to global deals with top-tier clients
-
Collaborative team culture and real autonomy
