Anson McCade are a leading recruitment and transformation consultancy, currently partnering with a global organisation at the forefront of digital transformation. We’re supporting the growth of their Salesforce practice by hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead technical delivery on high-impact Salesforce engagements — with a particular emphasis on scalable, secure, and AI-enhanced platform solutions.

This is a pivotal role, working closely with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive architectural vision and ensure exceptional outcomes across public and private sector projects.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:

  • Lead agile, multi-skilled teams in the design, build, and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including platform-first approaches and AI integration.

  • Work closely with client architects and technical leads to shape solution architecture, negotiating functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Support pre-sales efforts, developing proposals, contributing to bids, and engaging directly with sales/account teams to qualify opportunities.

  • Represent the business as a senior technical point of contact for Salesforce UK and strategic partners.

  • Guide junior team members, contributing to performance management and professional development within the Salesforce practice.

  • Champion knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across technical teams.

A successful Salesforce Solution Architect will have:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations, ideally within the UK public sector.

  • 10+ Salesforce certifications — including either Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.

  • Deep knowledge across the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud) and third-party tools.

  • Strong architectural leadership, with the ability to balance platform-native, third-party, and custom development options.

  • Experience aligning non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, security) with technical design.

  • Familiarity with complementary technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365.

  • Exceptional communication skills — capable of translating technical design into clear documentation and stakeholder presentations.

Bonus Points For:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  • Active SC or DV clearance (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Certifications in niche specialisms like Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

  • Experience supporting consulting-led sales and managing enterprise client accounts
