Anson McCade is a specialist recruitment and transformation consultancy, currently partnered with a global consulting client engaged in some of the UK’s most ambitious and complex digital change programmes. Due to growth within their Technology Strategy division, we are seeking a talented Enterprise Architect to join their team, supporting both public and private sector clients in transforming their IT operating models, architecture, and strategy delivery.
This is a hands-on, client facing position within a highly collaborative and technically capable team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and the design of scalable and agile operating models, ideally within a consulting or large-scale enterprise environment.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Lead architecture discovery engagements across enterprise environments, mapping applications, data flows, and integration points
- Shape IT strategies and transformation plans using cloud-first, CRM, and AI-driven technologies
- Design future-state IT operating models and contribute to agile delivery frameworks
- Provide guidance on IT governance, cost optimisation, and emerging technology integration
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders across multiple concurrent client projects
A successful Enterprise Architect will have:
- Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise-level IT strategies and architecture in complex environments
- Expertise in IT operating model design, transformation roadmaps, and emerging technology domains
- Hands-on understanding of cloud services, application landscapes, and integration architecture
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Experience in Agile methodologies and large programme delivery
- Industry experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, or Technology-led businesses

Enterprise Architect Key Benefits:
- Up to £80,000 base salary (dependent on location)
- £4,500 car allowance
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus
