Looking to lead complex data transformations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment?
We’re hiring a Data Migration Manager to join a leading consultancy delivering some of the most ambitious SAP S/4HANA transformations in the UK. This is your opportunity to shape critical data journeys, work with top-tier clients, and drive change at scale.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of the data workstream across large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes — from initial strategy to final cutover. Working at the intersection of data, technology, and business, you'll collaborate with functional and technical experts to ensure clean, accurate, and successful data migrations that enable finance and operational transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Leading end-to-end data migration planning and execution on SAP S/4HANA programmes
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse, scope, and define data requirements
-
Overseeing migration tools and techniques (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, SDI, SDQ)
-
Coordinating dress rehearsals and cutover activities to ensure smooth go-lives
-
Supporting clients in data governance, quality, cleansing, and reporting strategy
-
Managing teams of 2–5 consultants and supporting client engagement and delivery
-
Contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and new client opportunities
You’ll Succeed If You Have
-
Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC data migration projects
-
Expertise in data migration tools and a strong understanding of ETL processes
-
Practical experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, and ideally exposure to ABAP
-
A solid grasp of data cutover planning, execution, and rehearsals
-
Consulting experience, ideally in client-facing roles with delivery ownership
-
A collaborative approach and a track record of successful team leadership
-
Familiarity with data quality and cleansing techniques is a plus
What’s in It for You?
This role offers the chance to lead some of the UK’s most complex SAP data transformation initiatives — with the freedom and support to shape your career. Benefits include:
-
Hybrid working across home, office, and client sites
-
Private healthcare and 24/7 virtual GP access
-
6 annual volunteering days to give back to causes that matter to you
-
Competitive salary and rewards, plus career development opportunities
-
A diverse, inclusive culture built on collaboration, learning, and innovation
