We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for experienced SAP Solution Architects at Manager and Senior Manager level to lead the design of next-gen SAP S/4HANA solutions in the Utilities sector.
About the Role
This role puts you at the heart of utility transformation programmes—designing, architecting, and deploying robust, scalable S/4HANA solutions across asset-intensive processes. You’ll work with high-performing teams to define the architecture vision, shape delivery strategies, and drive business value for large-scale clients in the utilities space.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading architecture design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Translating complex requirements into scalable, robust architecture strategies
- Facilitating solution architecture assessments with key stakeholders
- Working across SAP modules (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, EAM, Supply Chain)
- Resolving architecture decisions aligned to best practices and “adopt-not-adapt” philosophy
- Mobilising delivery teams with the right artefacts, tools, and standards
- Contributing to business development with solutioning and proposal input
This Role Is For You If:
- You have led multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations with strong architectural input
- You bring deep expertise in one or more SAP domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, EAM, Sales, or Procurement
- You have a strong advisory mindset with a focus on best-practice and business alignment
- You’re passionate about solving complex transformation challenges and pushing innovation
- You can articulate technical solutions clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new SAP technologies
- You bring pre-sales and stakeholder management experience
- You enjoy collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive long-term success
