A leading digital transformation consultancy is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant to join its growing UK&I team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a strategic and visionary individual to lead high-impact change initiatives across a diverse range of enterprise clients undergoing technology transformation.

The Role

The OCM Lead Consultant will serve as a key driver on complex consulting projects, delivering strategic change across areas such as ERP, data, AI, cloud, managed IT services, cybersecurity, and the digital workplace. Reporting to the UK&I OCM Director, this position plays a critical role in aligning people, processes, and technology to ensure the success of major transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients and internal teams to implement tailored OCM solutions, lead change strategies, and ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes. They will also play a vital role in supporting business development efforts, contributing to early-stage client engagements, proposals, and pre-sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of change and adoption strategies aligned to clients’ transformation goals.
  • Navigate complex organisational environments to deliver OCM solutions effectively.
  • Act as the primary change lead on client engagements, overseeing delivery, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels—internal and external—to drive successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to business growth through proposal development, presentations, and practice development.
  • Support the development of the OCM function across the UK&I region.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Enhance internal methodologies, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in organisational change management, preferably within a technology consulting environment.
  • Deep expertise in core OCM workstreams: change leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to produce compelling content independently.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and stakeholder alignment.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and change delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with operating model transitions and enterprise-wide change programmes.
  • Hands-on experience with core OCM deliverables: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications strategies, training design, and change measurement.
  • Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting pre-sales, including RFP responses and business development.
  • Master’s degree in Change Management, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, or OCM-specific platforms.
  • Certifications in Agile, ITIL, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience using digital communication, collaboration, and training tools.
