We’re working with a leading digital consultancy delivering innovative, high-impact solutions across the public and private sectors. With an established capability in Microsoft Dynamics and Low Code platforms, they’re looking to appoint a Principal Delivery Manager to oversee critical digital service delivery and transformation programmes.
In this role, you'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver user-centred platforms powered by Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform, ensuring delivery is aligned to commercial, governance, and client expectations. You’ll also help shape delivery methodologies, contribute to practice development, and support client growth through strategic engagement.
As Principal Delivery Manager, you will:

Own and deliver end-to-end programmes, ensuring outcomes are met across functionality, user value, and profitability.

Drive strategy, team alignment, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement across projects.

Shape and contribute to delivery methodologies and best practices for Dynamics and Low Code technologies.

Act as a senior escalation point for team or client challenges, ensuring smooth resolution and sustained momentum.

Build and develop delivery teams while mentoring and supporting their career growth.

Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal development.
What we’re looking for:

4+ years' experience delivering complex technology projects in agile environments.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Low Code tools.

Strong commercial acumen and experience managing contracts, commercials, and supplier relationships.

Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels.

Experience leading large, distributed teams in multi-supplier settings.

Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery assurance.

Previous consulting experience or experience in advisory roles is highly desirable.

Relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum, AgilePM, PRINCE2) are a bonus.
