Lead large-scale digital change. Empower teams. Deliver real impact.
A leading digital consultancy is growing its Low Code & Microsoft Dynamics capability and is on the lookout for a Principal Delivery Manager to help shape, scale, and lead some of the most ambitious digital transformation projects in the UK.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of end-to-end digital services and platforms – many built on Microsoft Dynamics and Low Code technologies – ensuring they are user-centred, technically robust, and commercially sound. In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with clients across sectors including government, healthcare, and financial services to ensure delivery aligns with user needs and agreed outcomes, while empowering high-performing teams to thrive.
You’ll also play a strategic role in shaping delivery assurance for Dynamics and Low Code work across the organisation – championing innovation, raising quality standards, and influencing technical direction.
In this role, you will:
- Own project outcomes – from delivery vision and stakeholder management to profitability and team performance – across Dynamics and Low Code projects.
- Set the bar for governance and quality – ensuring projects run to agreed frameworks while staying lean, effective, and adaptive.
- Lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams, supporting their growth through honest feedback, goal setting, and active development planning.
- Take an active role in new business – supporting sales efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting delivery successes internally and externally.
- Champion best practices in agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, particularly in complex, multi-supplier environments.
You should apply if you have:
- 4+ years of experience delivering large, complex tech projects using agile, with significant hands-on involvement in Microsoft Dynamics and Low Code platforms.
- A track record of leading and scaling delivery teams – including coaching, performance management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of project governance, commercial terms, and digital delivery assurance frameworks.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen – including the ability to manage risk, influence outcomes, and drive profitable growth.
- Experience working across multiple sectors (public or private), ideally with an understanding of digital transformation challenges in large organisations.
Even better if you have:
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects in distributed and multi-supplier environments.
- Familiarity with disciplines such as UX, user research, and service design – and how they integrate into agile product delivery.
- A recognised project or programme management qualification (e.g. MSP, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe).
- A history of driving repeat business and contributing to thought leadership or delivery innovation.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be joining a values-led team that’s passionate about building digital services that truly work for people. You’ll work with mission-driven clients, tackle complex delivery challenges, and help shape the future of one of the most respected consultancies in the UK digital space.
Interested?
If you’re a delivery leader with a passion for scalable, user-centred digital solutions and deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics or Low Code platforms – we’d love to hear from you.
Let me know if you’d like a version tailored to a specific sector, like public health or central government.
