We’re hiring a Corporate Finance Manager to join one of the UK’s most well-respected advisory teams, delivering end-to-end deal support across a range of mid-market and blue-chip transactions. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and clients, supporting deals from origination through to execution across sectors such as healthcare, infrastructure, energy, and tech.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware finance professional with a strong transaction background to take the next step in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and private equity deals

• Leading financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence processes

• Drafting client deliverables including pitch books, information memorandums, and strategic reviews

• Managing project timelines, deal execution and client communications

• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development activity

What we’re looking for

• ACA, ACCA or CFA qualified (or equivalent)

• Solid experience in corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services

• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and report writing skills

• Comfortable operating in a client-facing environment with senior stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines

The Package

• £75,000–£90,000 base salary

• Performance-based bonus

• £5,500 annual car allowance
