Senior User Researcher

£75,000 + bonus

London – Hybrid

Candidates must have active SC Clearance or have held SC Clearance in the past. 

A global design studio is looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating impactful, user-centred services.

This role is dedicated to using agile methodologies to ensure that every discovery and design project is deeply rooted in user understanding, resulting in accessible, intuitive services that minimize friction and complexity within the public sector!

Key Responsibilities of the User Researcher:

• Taking lead on end-client engagement projects

• Identify research needs and select the best research methods for each project.

• Develop, document, and present comprehensive research plans outlining study goals and methodologies.

• Engage with users through interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research to build meaningful insights.

• Analyse research findings and data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations.

Required experience of the User Researcher:

• A minimum of 8 years experience as a senior researcher leading on client projects.

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective research plans

• Experience with SaaS or Salesforce is highly desirable.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver insights and recommendations clearly

• Collaborative work style, thriving alongside multi-disciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in the government sector and active SC clearance are highly preferable.

The User Researcher package:

• Up to £75,000 base

• Company bonus

• Pension
