Role Requirements as a Business Analyst:

• Lead business analysis activities for key workstreams or small-to-mid-sized projects.

• Capture, validate, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate complex problems into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Support both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project delivery.

• Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.

• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud applications, and data transfer processes.

• Confident presenting analysis findings and influencing project direction.
