Overview
Our client’s People Practice function plays a key role in driving technical innovation and supporting the adoption of cutting-edge HCM solutions. The team delivers complex engagements and is trusted to provide high-quality, first-time-right outcomes for clients.
As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking experienced Solution Leads with expertise in SuccessFactors. You will design processes, configure solutions, and lead integration and data migration activities as part of large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management

Lead one or more functional workstreams independently.

Manage small to medium-sized delivery teams (onshore and offshore).

Work collaboratively with clients, guiding them through complex transformation programmes.
Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with senior client representatives, including global process owners and business stakeholders.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Deliver confident presentations and influence both client and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to business development by supporting bids, proposals, and client presentations.
Impact, Risk & Governance

Apply strong project management and governance skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and scope management.

Present solution papers and thought leadership to client forums such as Design Authorities.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical ability to clarify complex issues and synthesise large volumes of information.

Functional and/or technical delivery experience in business systems, ideally across multiple sectors.

Experience producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.

Knowledge of delivery methodologies, approaches, and industry trends.

Strong interpersonal, organisational, and motivational skills.
Desirable Skills

Certifications across multiple SAP modules.
