We’re looking for an Associate Director – Deal Execution to join a growing strategy & transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead end-to-end deal execution projects across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs, and joint ventures.

You’ll be working with C-suite stakeholders to deliver complex programmes at deal pace, covering integration, separation, Day 1 readiness, synergy planning, and blueprint design.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client engagements across pre- and post-deal activity.

  • Deliver high-quality outputs including blueprint plans, Day 1 readiness and post-deal implementation.

  • Advise senior stakeholders on integration, separation, synergies and joint venture structuring.

  • Oversee multiple workstreams and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring delivery at pace.

  • Play a key role in business development, proposals and pitching new opportunities.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams, modelling the right behaviours.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in deal execution, integration & separation, and carve-outs.

  • A track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programmes at pace.

  • Strong consulting or corporate background (Big 4, strategy house, or industry strategy teams ideal).

  • Ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders, challenge constructively, and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Commercial acumen with evidence of business development or client growth.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills.
