About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of our sales and light marketing operations. This role is all about bringing structure and discipline to a long sales-cycle, high-value consultancy environment — ensuring opportunities are tracked, content is managed, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on, part-time role suited to someone who thrives in flexible work setups — freelancers, portfolio professionals.
What You’ll Do

Build & Own the CRM (Attio): Create, implement, and manage pipeline processes from scratch, including tagging, content tracking, and ongoing maintenance.

Content Management: Develop a simple distribution schedule, repurpose insights, and track who has received what across email/LinkedIn.

Coordination: Work closely with external business development partners, qualify inbound opportunities, and ensure the senior team engages with the right prospects.

Sales Asset Management: Organise decks, collateral, and internal knowledge for easy access.

Process Improvement: Spot gaps, recommend better tools, and streamline workflows.
Who You Are

Experienced in B2B sales/marketing operations, ideally in consultancy, data, or technology.

Proven experience building and managing a CRM and pipeline system end-to-end.

Highly proactive, curious, and comfortable with minimal hand-holding.

Professional and polished in how you manage senior stakeholder interactions.

Bonus: Background in finance, insurance, or reinsurance.
