We’re seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing Digital Solutions team and help shape innovative digital products and services used around the world.

This is an exciting entry-level role where you’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-friendly platforms across web, mobile, IoT, and emerging technologies. What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the design of user interfaces and experiences for new digital products and services.

  • Assisting with user research, gathering feedback, and contributing to usability testing.

  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to transform business needs into user-focused design solutions.

  • Supporting the development of design systems and style guides.

  • Helping to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts with guidance from senior team members.

  • Promoting accessibility and inclusive design in all projects.

  • Staying on top of design trends and sharing fresh ideas with the team.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in UI/UX or related design work (internships and university projects welcome).

  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus, not required).

  • Understanding of interface design principles, responsiveness, and multi-device design.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new tools and approaches.
