They’re looking for an experienced Google Cloud Architecture Manager to lead the design and delivery of large-scale cloud programmes within their public sector portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set architectural direction, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure best practice adoption across engineering, security, and delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Define and lead Google Cloud architecture strategy and implementation across client programmes.
- Oversee technical design, cloud security, and operations for critical infrastructure.

- Proven track record leading cloud delivery for enterprise or public sector clients.
- Strong understanding of IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, and secure platform engineering.
- Experience documenting architectures and creating operational runbooks.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable:

- History of driving innovation and continuous improvement in delivery teams.

Competitive salary (up to £90k London / £85k national), comprehensive benefits package, 25 days’ annual leave, private medical cover, and additional paid volunteer days. You’ll join a diverse, inclusive environment focused on innovation, impact, and technical excellence — where your work directly shapes the future of government cloud strategy.
