Junior Technical Analyst – Contract
Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: London (Hybrid – approx. 2 days per month on site)
Duration: 3 months Rolling

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Technical Analyst to join a growing public sector technology team, supporting the delivery of critical digital transformation projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who is keen to expand their experience across cloud, infrastructure, and systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project architects, engineers, and SMEs in the delivery of technical project outputs and documentation.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of technical tasks aligned to approved project scope and timelines.

  • Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new technology solutions.

  • Help maintain and improve technical standards, ensuring quality and compliance across project deliverables.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT-focused role (e.g., systems administration, technical support, or similar).

  • Foundational knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, M365), and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive, learning-focused attitude.

  • Relevant academic qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Information:

  • Active UK Security Clearance (SC) is required prior to starting.

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

  • Interviews will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.
