Business Architect (Strategy)

An established global leader needs Business/Enterprise Architects focused on design and strategy to join a successful and rapidly growing team where you'll specialise on large-scale, complex, tech-driven transformation programmes.

In this role you will be a senior member, blending architecture, leadership, and strategy. There's a strong emphasis on innovation, both in terms of the projects won and way of working, so an agile mindset and genuine passion for technology will be matched by your peers. As part of tech solutions, it will be your job to ensure the technologies selected and the way they're implemented meets the objectives of key clients.

They are looking for a candidate whose primary expertise is across enterprise architecture. You should have experience of agile projects from a business perspective incorporating core areas such as performance improvement, target operating models (TOM), business process design and IT strategy. You will be the trusted advisor for key clients, so strong stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

What you'll need

  • Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in agile, project-focused environments, preferably with a management consulting and/or client facing background
  • Proven experience creating an overall design and strategy for the IT landscape that meets requirements
  • In-depth commercial knowledge of IT strategy, performance improvement, target operating models, and business process design
  • Ability to provide business and technical leadership using industry standard methods
  • Ability to work and travel throughout the UK
