This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Team Lead to work for one of the top three digital consultancy firms in the UK. Whilst working alongside expert technologists, you will be leading an agile team to deliver end-to-end high quality solutions that meet both the needs and expectations of clients and users.

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our fast-growing team who can create a positive and creative culture that develops a productive working environment and gets the best from our talented teams. You will be responsible for working closely with Agile Team Leads and stakeholders to ensure that your team is working on appropriate tasks at the correct time under the support and guidance of a Delivery Manager. You will also actively contribute to the overall Management capability and take on broader management responsibilities beyond the agile team as required.

The successful Scrum Master will:

  • Be an expert in Agile/Scrum Delivery methodology
  • Possess previous Scrum Master experience within a Digital focused environment (Mobile/Web Apps)
  • Have a Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery certification
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead software development teams through multiple projects as part of an agile team
  • Have an ability to establish and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with the client, other suppliers and third-party stakeholders
  • Have proven experience supporting Delivery Managers in ensuring projects deliver the agreed outcomes within budget and within the projected timeframe
  • Establish ways of working to enable an agile team to plan, forecast and deliver against a product backlog
